While studying abroad at The London School of Economics, I took a class on leadership and organization strategies. I learned about the emergence and effectiveness of transformational leaders and applied theory about personality, incentives, the culture of organizations, and conflict management to thematically analyze my leadership style. This gave me more confidence in my ability to nurture environments full of collaboration, motivation, and innovation.
Six people, including employers, friends, family, and team members, wrote stories about times when they “saw me at my best”. After analyzing my strengths, from the perspectives of others, I developed an extensive personal leadership statement which is attached below.
